Hi, Ive installed the Lets Encrypt extension for 12. It can be downloaded as an extension directly in the Plesk control panel. Lets Encrypt is supported on Plesk version 12.5 and above. Under More options, click Install: Specify the email address that will be used for urgent notices and lost key recovery. If you experience issues/errors/problems, when trying to secure your mail - server with a Lets Encrypt certificate, pls. cPanel has laid out these limits in their documentation.
